Bhote Koshi

Technical Grade 4 with some difficult rapids, we ran with a raft company, it was useful to have someone who knew the lines on some of the longer rapids.

Marsyandi

Really nice grade 4, quite a high volume. Great rapids and lovely play spots.

Kali Gandaki

We ran the Kali Gandaki with a raft company, there are two nice grade 4s on the first day however it doesn't get much above 3 on the second, a few nice play spots though. You can read my write up for the Kali

Modi Khola

Nice Grade 4 River. A 1 day trek into the Annapurna circuit to get on, but definately worth it

Upper Seti

A nice easy 3+ to start us off, just one grade 5 for a bit of interest. What we didn't realise was that all the locals also visit the river on this day.
