Pattack
Another new river to chalk up this month. A short fun trip with interesting access to the get in. Starting below the scenic falls of Pattack if you have any sense this is a short run grade 3 / 4 in the level I ran it. A nice little blast with a fun little gorge at the end. This was my first trip on this river, a late Saturday afternoon run in the last of the daylight. The run from the waterfall down to the start of the gorge section was good grade 3 mostly with just a tree to upset proceedings. The gorge itself was a bit of good grade 4 and my paddling today was a mess at best. Bad lines and temporary loss of paddles did not make it a classy run, but I made it and it was good.
